Qui dit nouveau mois dit nouveau caf\u00e9 ! Le mois d'avril sera consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 notre ravissant m\u00e9lange maison Amer Forte.
Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2015, il est rest\u00e9 l'un des caf\u00e9s expresso les plus populaires que nous ayons eu le plaisir de torr\u00e9fier.
Combiner ou m\u00e9langer deux vari\u00e9t\u00e9s dans le but de les rehausser et de les intensifier l'une l'autre n'est pas quelque chose que nous prenons ou r\u00f4tissons \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re !
De nombreux facteurs entrent en ligne de compte lors de l'\u00e9laboration d'un m\u00e9lange, tels que la vari\u00e9t\u00e9, la taille des grains, le mode de traitement et l'altitude. Toutes ces caract\u00e9ristiques font ou d\u00e9font le lien entre les deux caf\u00e9s et il est de la plus haute importance pour nous de faire ressortir le meilleur de chacun d'entre eux ! Nos caf\u00e9s Amer Forte<\/a> est un m\u00e9lange qui offre un corps fort et puissant combin\u00e9 \u00e0 un caract\u00e8re sombre, audacieux et magnifique. Ses saveurs terreuses, recouvertes d'une douceur de caramel, en font un espresso parfaitement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment de la journ\u00e9e ! La torr\u00e9faction est moyenne \u00e0 fonc\u00e9e, ce qui donne une cr\u00e8me douce lorsque l'on utilise une machine \u00e0 espresso semi-automatique ou enti\u00e8rement automatique. Vous pouvez le d\u00e9guster pur et opter pour un rush savoureux, ou ajouter du lait (mousseux), cr\u00e9ant ainsi un excellent cappuccino tout en conservant les notes savoureuses du caf\u00e9.<\/p>

Depuis notre derni\u00e8re collaboration avec la ferme Arema, nous avons modifi\u00e9 la base de notre m\u00e9lange traditionnel pour en faire un 100%. commerce direct<\/a> m\u00e9lange espresso ! Formant plus de 90% de l'Amer Forte, le catuai de Martine & Euller conf\u00e8re \u00e0 notre m\u00e9lange sa douceur et ses ar\u00f4mes de noix. Son corps doux, ses notes de fruits rouges et ses nuances chocolat\u00e9es en font une base parfaite. Il nous faut maintenant quelque chose pour porter ces qualit\u00e9s.<\/p>

Notre amiti\u00e9 de longue date avec Deepak et sa famille est aussi pr\u00e9cieuse pour nous que le d\u00e9licieux caf\u00e9 qu'ils produisent.
Ayant cr\u00e9\u00e9 sa propre vari\u00e9t\u00e9 unique appel\u00e9e Butter Beanz, le canephora de Deepak rehausse notre m\u00e9lange, lui donnant un corps doux et une sensation pleine, sombre et terreuse. Il produit une belle cr\u00e8me et nous donne une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pouss\u00e9e de caf\u00e9ine, parfaite pour le matin ou l'apr\u00e8s-midi d'ailleurs ! Lors de notre visite, nous avons appris \u00e0 conna\u00eetre Deepak et ses caf\u00e9s, et nous les aimons tous les deux !
