General conditions<\/h1>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

1. This agreement is concluded with KOFFIE ONAN BV, registered in the Kruispuntbank der Ondernemingen under number 0866.596.614, with its registered office at Parijsstraat 28, 3000 Leuven, Belgium, tel: [0476481663], email: info@onan.be<\/a>, hereinafter referred to as KOFFIE ONAN.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

2. The prices of KOFFIE ONAN are quoted in Euros and always include VAT, transport costs, and order costs unless otherwise indicated. The customer acknowledges that the order entails a payment obligation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

3. Deliveries are deemed accepted when the customer unconditionally signs for receipt or five calendar days after delivery, unless a precisely defined and detailed complaint reaches KOFFIE ONAN by registered mail before the end of this period.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

4. The customer has a period of 14 days after taking physical possession of the goods to revoke the agreement without giving any reason. The model form provided to the customer may be used for this purpose, or another unequivocal statement within the period may be made declaring the agreement revoked. The customer’s right of withdrawal applies only to standard goods and not to goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications. The customer must bear the cost of return shipping in case of withdrawal. KOFFIE ONAN reserves the right to hold the customer liable for the depreciation of the goods whose sale is revoked. This right of withdrawal also ends once individual packaging of delivered goods has been opened.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

5. From the time of delivery, the customer bears all risks related to the sold goods.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

6. Unless otherwise specified, deliveries take place within a week after ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication only and are not binding. If, due to chance or force majeure, KOFFIE ONAN cannot reasonably perform the agreement or cannot do so on time, KOFFIE ONAN reserves the right to cancel the agreement or extend the delivery period in proportion to the duration of the hindrance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

7. The delivered goods remain the property of KOFFIE ONAN until full payment of the price and the additional services, without prejudice to the transfer of risk as set out in Article 5.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

8. Notwithstanding the legal warranty scheme as provided in Article 1649bis of the Belgian Civil Code and following regarding sales to consumers, the liability of KOFFIE ONAN is at all times limited to cases where KOFFIE ONAN has committed fraud. Furthermore, KOFFIE ONAN can never be held liable for indirect damage. KOFFIE ONAN must be informed within a period of two months from the day the defect was discovered as part of a warranty for hidden defects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

9. Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be paid for at the time of ordering. KOFFIE ONAN\u2019s invoices are always payable at the registered office of KOFFIE ONAN, no later than 8 days after the invoice date. In the event of non-payment of an invoice, KOFFIE ONAN reserves the right to suspend the execution of ongoing agreements without prejudice to the compensation owed by the customer to KOFFIE ONAN under these agreements. If an invoice is not paid on its due date, interest of 10% per year becomes payable by operation of law and without notice of default. If the invoice remains unpaid on its due date, it is expressly agreed between the parties that the invoice amount or the remaining balance owed will be increased by 10%, with a minimum of 250 EUR as a penalty clause, without prejudice to KOFFIE ONAN\u2019s right to claim its actual damage and costs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

10. This agreement is governed by Belgian law. Only the courts of the Leuven district have jurisdiction.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

11. The invalidity, nullity, or unenforceability of one or more sentences, clauses, or parts of this agreement does not affect the validity of the rest of this agreement, which remains in full force and effect.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

12. Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made up to 10 days before the scheduled workshop date will be eligible for a full refund of 100%; Cancellations made less than 10 days but more than 48 hours before the workshop will be eligible for a 50% refund; Cancellations communicated less than 48 hours before the workshop start time will not be eligible for a refund; If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may find a replacement. Please notify us by email to info@onan.be<\/a> with the replacement\u2019s full name and email address.
