Rooibos has a unique herbal note like no other, it is slightly honeyed and stands proudly as a great classic. For the same reasons it is also often used as a base for lots of colourful blends.

Fun Fact

In South-Africa, birth country of the rooibos, people have been drinking this infusion brew for ages. By now rooibos has become a popular drink all over the world. The South-Africans called their favourite drink 'rooibos', South-African for 'red forrest' because of its beautiful red colour.
