Gunpowder is a Chinese tea of which the leaves have been rolled up into small balls to preserve flavour. These small pearls have a double function which we are very fond of. First of all, the gunpowder stands strong on its own, giving a full and balanced taste with some herbal, peppery notes. Secondly, it can be used as a great base for iced teas, lemonades and other drinks such as Morrocan mint tea.

Prepare an even tastier Morrocan mint tea by adding some fresh mint and sugar to these green pearls.
