Our coffee of the month takes us to El Salvador, where tradition and innovation meet. From the historic farm La Buena Esperanza, we bring you the Castillo variety—a Salvadoran classic known for its creamy body, citrus brightness, and floral notes.

This unique coffee is grown at Palthope Estate, deep in the Indian jungle and surrounded by the rich biodiversity of the Nagarhole Wildlife Sanctuary. Farmer Deepak Chenagappa Bolera deliberately chooses to cultivate Canephora instead of Arabica — a resilient variety with bold flavors of spice, wood and dried fruit, and naturally more resistant to climate change. Sustainable, rare and full of character — India Butter Beanz is coffee with a story, and a taste you won’t forget.

A refreshing blend of licorice, fennel, hibiscus, orange blossom, and cardamom, crafted to energize you in a soft, natural way. The sweetness of licorice meets the floral touch of orange blossom, while fennel and cardamom add a spicy twist.
