White, green, oolong and black tea are made with leaves from the camellia sinensis, better known as the tea plant. Herbal infusions are not. The word ‘infusion’ is used when we prepare an extract made from fruits, herbs or rooibos. They do not contain theine and therefore make for an ideal nightcap!
